- SCRUMPTIOUS and most JUICY burger
- A refillable free drink is given as complementary ( Plain warm water with lemon )
- Surrounding was calm & relaxing

- There's no washing basin. You would have use the mall's toilet to was your hands. A real inconvenience considering how messy you get from eating the burger
- Waiting time was a little on the slow side but still not so bad
- No drink choices ( All they for sale was coke )
Who doesn't love a good gourmet burger? There is something hugely comforting about the fluffy homemade buns, wide and thick patty in the middle, topped with smooth melted cheese and gravy oozing from the sides- quite a different feeling compared to eating a regular cheeseburger from McDonalds ( Although those are pretty good as well ).
Feeling down that day, I decided I wanted to fill myself up with a delicious, juicy burger. Big Bob certainly brought my spirit right up to the top!
